Order Status
Has my order shipped?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. When we ship your order, we will send you, via email, a shipment notification from the shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). This shipment notification will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of your order. If you selected PayPal as your payment option, please make sure that you finalized your order by sending your payment. If you did not, follow the steps below to complete your order:

1. Log in to your account by clicking on the above link
2. Click on "Review Orders/Track Packages"
3. Click on the "View or Change" box
4. Scroll down and click on "Pay via Paypal"
5. When you complete these steps your order will be shipped
 
Please note that orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. When we ship your order, we will send you, via email, a shipment notification from the shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.). This shipment notification will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment.  You may use this tracking number to check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered.
 
If 2-3 business days have passed since placing your order and you have not received a shipment confirmation and you are confidant that you have finalized your order, contact customer service for assistance. Call 1-888-My-Taqwa
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Click on 'Review Orders' to make sure that you ordered the item that you believe is missing from your shipment. Also check your shipment for any notes that may explain why an item is missing. Certain items, due to their size, are shipped in a separate package. When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
